Terms & Conditions
1.---All items are sold AS/IS WHERE/IS and Yellowhead Auctions makes no guarantees, warranties or representations, expressed or implied, oral or written with respect to the correctness, descriptions, authenticity, advertisement, physical condition, size, quality, quantity or value. Prospective bidders have the opportunity to and should inspect the items before bidding to determine condition, size, authenticity, degree of repair or restoration. No refunds or credits shall be issued under any circumstances.
2.---All bidders are required to register prior to the sale and must produce a valid divers licence or personal identification in order to bid. Bidders must use the Bidders Number issued to them at the time of registration.
3.---In all cases of dispute the Auctioneer’s decision is Final.
4.---The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw, consolidate or divide any lot or lots.
5.---There will be a 18% Buyers Fee charged on all items sold.
6.---There will be 5% GST added to all charges and fees.
7.---All items must be paid for in full on the day of the auction.
8.---Terms are Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Debit. Nothing is to be removed until paid for, including any and all Storage Charges.
9.--- This is a Final Auction Sale. All sales are Final. No returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
10.--- (Saturday Sale Only. No other sales apply to this condition unless otherwise stated.) - All items purchased at Yellowhead Auctions MUST BE removed within 4 days after the sale date (Wednesday). All items not removed from the premises within the 4 day period will be subject to resale of the items on the following Saturday Sale and/or will be subject to storage charges of $8.50 plus 5% GST per day and all items will be resold to pay for storage fees after 30 days
